Licensing Options for Business Owners

Must be associated with a medical office which includes physicians (MD and DO), Dentists, Podiatrists, Chiropractors, and Physical Therapists.

No upfront fee but requires a minimum purchase of $3,800 products

This licensee also pays 7% monthly license fee on all retail sales.

Not associated with a medical practice e.g. storefront.

Allows a license for one store in an agreed area or city to open a dispensary and follow Clinic 420 rules and regulations. These licenses cost $29,500, which includes $10,000 of initial inventory. There is a 7% monthly royalty fee, paid monthly on all sales.

This option is for organizations who wish to purchase an area or territory to open multiple stores. The price is negotiable. 7% royalties apply monthly.
